The term “stem cells” commonly refers to SVF (Stromal Vascular Fraction). SVF is obtained from fat cells, blood, and bone marrow cells through a separation process. This component contains various stem cells, blood cells, and immune cells, and is widely used in multiple therapeutic fields.
Because the stem cell components are extracted from your own cells, they offer excellent skin-regenerating effects with high safety and no risk of rejection. Royal Line Clinic owns dedicated equipment and technology to extract SVF components from fat tissue.
When stem cells are used in fat grafting, the fat survival rate is significantly higher than with traditional grafting.
The harvesting process begins by washing the collected fat tissue (obtained through liposuction) with a buffer solution, followed by collagenase enzyme treatment to separate the matrix and cells. After centrifugation, the lighter components (oil layer, water, and fat cells) float to the top, while the nucleated cells settle at the bottom. This bottom layer is called SVF, which contains adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs).
We use fresh, high-quality fat-derived SVF while maintaining the natural characteristics of the cells.
With extensive clinical experience, we enhance regenerative ability through safe and optimized aesthetic procedures.
With thorough purification and management, we minimize side effects and provide safe, reliable treatment.
